We just visited after the re-opening, & it was fantastic. The atmosphere is fun & cozy, & the restaurant was very clean. Our service was attentive, the margaritas were fabulous, & the food was AMAZING! Great job, guys!
We decided to have our first patio experience of the season and Pueblos did not disappoint. Our server was was attentive and muy muy amable. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and catching up with a friend in the sunshine. The food, the food! You could taste the freshness in everything we ordered. We had queso, guacamole, shrimp quesadillas, & carnitas. Todo era muy muy muy rico!! We will definitely come back!

We became a fan of this place after it reopened and went there several times in pretty quick succession because it was so good. However, the last two times we have been there, the quality of the experience has deteriorated. On the first of the last two visits, our food was barely warm when it arrived at our table. At both of the last two visits, the place seemed woefully understaffed. Walking in and immediately seeing lots of un-bussed tables was a definite turnoff - it literally screams that they are very shortstaffed. Our last visit was last night, a Monday, and we had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated, all the while looking at all the un-bussed tables while we are waiting. Our server was very polite and the food was ok - not stellar like the first few times we went there after reopening. Our dinners were delivered hot, but the tortillas that were to accompany the two carne asada plates that had been ordered were not delivered to the table until 10-15 minutes after the rest of the food had arrived. The very worst thing was the flies that were buzzing all around our meal while we were trying to eat it. Gross. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Doubtful we will come back.
Very enjoyable dinner. The food was delicious. Our server Moses was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend you give Pueblo’s a try.
